Franchise Process

Tropical Flurry is very selective regarding potential franchisees. All franchisees must meet specific requirements and qualify to be considered. Qualifying to become a Tropical Flurry Franchisee has some basic steps:

  1. Fill out the Profile Application by clicking here.
  2. A Franchise Evaluation Representative will contact you for a qualification interview, territory discussion and demographic analysis (see Selection Process below.)
  3. The Tropical Flurry Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) will be forwarded to you for evaluation.
  4. After returning the Receipt from the FDD and work history.
  5. Tropical Flurry will check your qualifications, work references and you will submit financial disclosure information.
  6. Upon approval by Tropical Flurry, we will provide you references in the form of other Master Franchisees to Check Us Out!
  7. You will be invited to come to Dallas to officially become a Master Franchisee and begin Training (see Training below.)

Selection Process

The selection process begins with an initial phone call. When you call, please be prepared to answer these questions as part of the initial telephone qualification process:

1) Are you looking for a full time business opportunity?
2) What income level would keep you working hard at your new business?
3) have you ever been in business for yourself before?
4) If Yes to question4, what have you done?
5) Would a down-payment of $100,000 be a problem?
6) If you are approved, can you be ready to start in 30 to 45 days?

If you meet the initial telephone interview criteria, you will be given an access code for the secured portion of the website. Once inside, there is additional information on the program as well as questionnaires that need to be completed and returned, according to the instructions.

Once those are completed and returned, the process will continue with a second telephone interview. If successful, you will be given our references, along with the FDD, to continue your “due diligence” process on our program. Typically, it takes thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days for the process to complete.
